Occupied area – 219.85ha

Departmental subordination – the Ministry of Nature Protection of Armenia

Managing organization - «Reserve Park Complex» SNCO

Location – Central Armenia, Armavir Marz, semi-desert areas of Ararat Valley. 835- 850 m above sea level

Protected object – Ararat cochineal and typical semidesert vegetation, unique plant association
